They are incredibly helpful, deeply knowledgeable about every nook, cranny, restaurant, drink, activity, and cabin on the ship, and they consistently guide me toward choices that are right for me. What really sets them apart is their level of service. They never "sign off." If I have a question or issue, they are immediately responsive and on top of it. Issues on Virgin have been rare for me, but with this kind of support, they never have a chance to become problems. I truly cannot recommend them highly enough.
