No. Our services are free to you. We're compensated by the cruise line on completed bookings, and you pay the same published fare whether you book with us or directly.
How long does planning take?+
Most clients book within 1 to 2 weeks of their first consult. If you're planning further out or comparing multiple itineraries, we'll move at your pace.
Can you help if I've already booked a cruise on my own?+
In some cases, yes. Depending on the cruise line and how recently you booked, we may be able to transfer your reservation to us at no cost and start monitoring it for price drops and perks.
What if I don't know which cruise line is right for me?+
That's what the consult is for. We ask about your travel style, budget, and group before recommending anything. If a line or ship isn't the right fit, we'll tell you, even if that means a smaller commission for us.
Do you only book Virgin Voyages?+
No. Melissa is certified across 15+ cruise lines, including Celebrity, Silversea, Disney, Viking, Oceania, and Seabourn. Virgin Voyages is a specialty, not the only option.
What happens after I book?+
We stay on your booking until you sail. That means repricing checks, dining and excursion reservations, and one point of contact if anything needs to change.
